What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 2pm and check-out is at 11am. Need flexibility? Send us a message in advance and we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures at no extra charge when possible.
Do you offer airport or bus station pickup?
Yes, we arrange private transfers from Benjamín Matienzo Airport and the main bus terminal. Reserve at least 48 hours ahead by WhatsApp and we will confirm the driver, fare, and meeting point.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before arrival for most rates. For non-refundable deals, we offer date changes subject to availability. Just message us and we will sort it together.
Is the hostel suitable for solo travelers and groups?
Absolutely. We design common spaces, kitchen dinners, and guided tours to bring people together. Solo guests often leave as part of a small crew heading toward the Andes or the calchaquíes valleys.
